ACTION6: August 2025
We The People of Cache Valley suggest the following:
- Take heart, many actions, like voting, is resisting.
- Helping others stay on voter rolls is acting --powerfully.
- Support the vulnerable and targets perspos in our community and across the world. Join local groups and ALLIES composed of your neighbors.
- Supporting Texas Dem and California's Gavin Newsom is acting. Say thank you in public ways too.
- Find some of their meetings in the WTP.CV Community Calendar
- Giving money to Texas dems directly might be twisted by the Texas cheaters (MAGA republican lackeys of the White House) to try to bring ridiculous bribery charges.
- Bring attention to cheating of republican gerrymanders -that is resisting.
- Make fun of the dangerous claim that DC is so violent (it is not) that National Guard is needed when the same team did not protect DC lawmakers form the most violent
- Donating money, if you can, to ACLU, Democracy Docket, Legal Defense fund, League of Women Voters, and all the good causes, IS ALSO ACTING.

We're fighting fascism, and this is how we reclaim our power!
Grassroots activism is a powerful force that can shape the direction of a nation.
Many of us can do one or two simple things a day for advocacy—but we need more people taking action.
Every day the people stay silent, Trump and Putin grow bolder.
Here are some ways we can take action:
We will resist through voting, rallies, protests, general strikes, boycotts, and acts of civil disobedience—directed at anyone who enables or inflicts oppression, injustice, hatred, or bigotry on our communities.
We will speak out, show up, and build power.
Here are some other ways to be impactful:
Make an impact at a town hall meeting
Lobby your elected leaders
Organize to Build Power Through Direct Relationships
Build coalition contacts
Make an Impact at a Protest
Organize to Build Power Through Committees
Amplify Lawmakers, Influencers, and Organizations that Champion Progress and Power to the People Using Social Media and Word of Mouth
