Public media are at risk.  

PLEASE Call congress NOW to protest taking approved funding back.  Why? In order to allow the propaganda of the right wing to silence fact-based and fact-checked reporting. Why?  To keep us from being educated.

Incredible reporting like PBS Newshour, and much more are at risk

Public media costs are mostly paid by listeners and corporate sponsors but there is an additional 1.6 dollars per person per year that helps support local programs and stations.  That dollar and 60 cents allows stations in sparsely populated places to get information and true news out to you.  It also provides an alert system.  We need such an alert system in earthquake country, in flash flood country, in hurricane country, and the entire world.

Public Media is the Muppets, the PBS NewsHour, All Things Considered, This American Life and so much more.

Call to protest the MAGA and White House AGENDA of keeping the public dumb, sick, poor, and in the kitchen with unwanted children.

Examples of vital reporting lately:

Whisteblower notices that federal data in a secure database were being "diverted" or hacked up by Russian spies.  

The vast majority of people detained and help by ICE and border patrol are completely law-abiding people.
